Strobe My Ride – Return & Refund Policy

At Strobe My Ride (SMR), safety and fairness come first. We stand behind the products we sell; however, due to the specialized nature of emergency warning equipment and the costs associated with international shipping and manufacturer-direct products, the following return policy applies.
🇨🇦 Canadian Orders
Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be uninstalled
• The item must not be bench-tested or wired
• The item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
Returns requested after 7 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Feniex Products – No Returns or Refunds
Feniex products purchased through StrobeMyRide.ca are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Feniex products are:
• Manufacturer-direct items
• Drop-shipped from Feniex Industries in the United States
• Not stocked or warehoused by Strobe My Ride
Because of the high international shipping costs, customs handling, and manufacturer fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on Feniex products once an order has been placed.
Customers are encouraged to ensure the correct product is selected prior to ordering.

🌎 International Orders (Outside Canada)
International orders are subject to stricter return conditions due to:
• International shipping costs
• Customs duties and brokerage fees
• Currency exchange fluctuations
Returns
International returns may be accepted only for unused and uninstalled products.
Customers are responsible for:
• All return shipping costs
• All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (both directions)
• Any customs clearance charges
Returns requested after 7 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Duties & Taxes (International)
Any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid at import are non-refundable.
If a returned item arrives with unpaid duties or brokerage fees, the package may be:
• Refused, or
• The fees deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Installed or wired products
• Bench-tested or powered products
• Used items
• Feniex products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products returned due to local legality, colour restrictions, or compliance issues
Damaged or Defective Items
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
• Order number
• Photos or video showing the issue
If a product is confirmed defective:
Canadian Orders
A replacement or warranty solution will be arranged.
International Orders
Warranty service will be provided through repair or replacement where applicable.
Customers may be responsible for shipping and duties associated with warranty service.
Shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Warranty Support
Many products sold by Strobe My Ride are backed by manufacturer warranties.
Warranty service is typically provided through:
• Repair
• Replacement parts
• Product replacement where applicable
Warranty coverage does not include refunds.

Final Notes
Emergency warning lighting is professional-grade equipment, and once products are installed or tested they can no longer be sold as new.
