This policy applies to all orders shipped outside of Canada and forms part of Strobe My Ride’s Terms of Service.


🌍 Legal Compliance (Critical)

Vehicle lighting laws vary by country, state, province, and municipality.

By purchasing from Strobe My Ride, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring products are legal for installation and use in your jurisdiction.

  • Strobe My Ride does not provide legal advice or guarantee legality outside of explicitly stated applications.

  • Products purchased for use in restricted jurisdictions are non-refundable on the basis of legality or compliance.


🚫 Restricted Use & Impersonation

  • Products may not be used to impersonate emergency services (Police, Fire, EMS).

  • Use of restricted colours, patterns, or placements where prohibited is strictly the customer’s responsibility.


💰 Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • International prices do not include duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges.

  • All import-related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable, even if a product is returned.

  • Orders refused due to unpaid fees may be refused upon return or have all associated costs deducted from any refund.


🔧 Warranty & Service (International Orders)

Strobe My Ride supports international customers through repair or replacement, not refunds.

  • Warranty service is handled on a repair or parts-replacement basis.

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Shipping products to Strobe My Ride

    • All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (both directions)

  • Full product replacement is provided only when repair or part replacement is not feasible.


📦 Returns (International Orders)

  • Returns are accepted only if unused, uninstalled, and un-bench tested.

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • All return shipping costs

    • All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees

  • Products returned due to legality, compliance, or local restrictions are not eligible for refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
