How Feniex Orders Are Fulfilled
Feniex products sold through Strobe My Ride are manufacturer-direct products. They are processed and shipped directly from Feniex in the United States and are not stocked at our Ottawa location.

Tracking information is provided once the order leaves the manufacturer.

For Canadian deliveries, we generally arrange shipping so duties, import taxes and brokerage are prepaid when the selected shipping service permits. However, carrier and customs handling can vary, so we cannot guarantee that every shipment will arrive without additional charges.
